Q. When am I billed?

Nodus Internet will invoice services once a month in advance. With our online Credit Card facilities you will find paying your Nodus account simple and convenient. Talk to us about setting up automatic credit card billing.
Q. Am I contracted to Nodus for a certain period of time?
A.
No. Unlike some other ISPs, Nodus does not lock you into a contract, which means if you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time. Customers that cancel within 6 months on standard ADSL and 12 months on ADSL 2 products may incur a minimal disconnection fee that we then pass on to our supplier, rather than paying out a contract.
