The N2 Plus plans Speeds are provided as Internet Grade “Best Efforts” services and are shown in
downstream/upstream format and speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual speeds may be
less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type,
customer premises interference, traffic and equipment.
N2 Plus Services are Spectrum Shared and currently available through 1,403 enabled Telstra Exchanges.
The N2 Plus services are subject to the standard ADSL services supplied by Nodus Internet and are
supported under the current process.
Speed of service is reduced to 72 kbps once the Monthly Allowance is reached and is reduced in both
directions and data usage is counted in both directions. Shaping is calculated from the user’s anniversary
date.
All ADSL plans are provisioned with a Dynamic IP Address. Static IP Address is charged at an additional
$4.00 per month fee and one static IP Address per service allowed.
Please be aware an ADSL2+ modem & filter must be used with the Open2 services.
